Ride Moab Moto Campout Recap – Good Trails, Great Friends, and a Whole Lot of Dirt Biking

Back in June, we packed up the bikes, gathered the local Moab crew, and hosted one of our favorite events of the season, a proper Ride Moab moto campout. There’s something unbeatable about disconnecting from the daily grind and enjoying good company under the wide-open Utah sky.

Our campout was more than just riding it was about building memories, clearing trails, and spending time with our people. We kicked things off with hearty camp-cooked meals and some classic fireside chatter. The campfire crackled late into the night as kids roasted marshmallows, adults swapped stories from the trail, and everyone overindulged in dutch oven peach cobbler made by friends.

Each morning, we hit the trails with a chainsaw in tow, clearing fallen trees to help keep our local riding spots clean and rideable. It was gritty, sweaty work and we wouldn’t have it any other way. Riding hard, getting dirty, and giving back to the trails and the people that give us so much, that’s what this annual campout is all about.

We also carved out time for some well-earned play. The kids ripped around camp on their bikes, and we spent a full day out at the lake letting loose on jet skis and boats, cooling off from the desert heat, and soaking up the sun. Intense evening games of kickball quickly became a highlight of the trip!

By the end of the weekend, we were dusty, tired, a little sunburned and completely fulfilled. We shared laughs, fixed bikes, cooked meals, cut trees, and rode until the tanks ran dry. Most importantly, we shared it all with people who love this lifestyle as much as we do.

Huge thanks to everyone who came out, pitched in, and made it a weekend to remember. Until next year, keep it wide open and the rubber side down.
